Yep, this is a post about the current librarians vs. scrota controversy. Isn't there something more constructive we could be arguing amongst ourselves about? Not that my own personal opinion matters much in the scheme of things, but doesn't the fact that the book is geared towards 4th-6th graders kind of take care of the problem? Chances are that they are aware of scrotums even if they don't know that particular word for them (they have other words for them, I can pretty much assure you). Plus, hello! - Newberry Award winner.
